I get an error every time i try to top up. it say "Order error! Payment failed, please try again!" every time. please help

Yeah I just tried to top up as well and it keeps saying error, can you please do something about this ASAP.

Top up Error for the whole last 2 hours of the event i missed out on a character. You need to get this crap fixed.
