You can recruit Ulquiorra at level 80 and you need 400 of his coupons plus 1200 gold reshi, but you have to be level 90 to be able get his coupons outside of real money events.
I think you should be able get any of the SWP partner coupons at any time, because a lot of them need absurd amounts of coupons and it will take months to collect enough of them to even recruit them.author: arng1216 time: 2015-5-13 14:03:35
