So guys, Paymentwall has not been permanently removed, the layout and options available to each country and in general are being reworked.
PayPal updated a few Terms and Conditions, GoGames is revising these new T&C's before allowing more payments to be made via paypal / There are also issues with people refunding their payments to gogames.
