Something is hapening to my acount. Every time i enter game i lose coupon and gold. I already lost 500 gold and 200 coupons.

I tested it and its true evertime i log of and and then log in later on, i lose those 2 things, i had 180 gold now and 30 coupons 5 min ago and i went to do some auto batlle, i logged off and then came back and saw 0 gold and and 0 coupons.

Im not using them whatsoever

It's also happend me...

I had 45 Gold but now just 5 Gold. I don't use my gold but it's just vanished...

lol wasn't even gonna say anything cause I figured it was just me and a glitch but I lost 337 coupons today when servers were lagin bad and couldn't log on. just glad it wasn't gold or id be really upset since that isn't free lol.

Yeah i already lost the quantity i said there i realy hope they give some response cuz i paid for what i had, they can check the logs.

sad part is I doubt we will see anything cause its all hear say. and no SS. thou it is a pain cause I did want to get a few extra crystals before event ended. but I just lost coupons and not gold but still annoying. just lots of unexplained bugs in game yet and no one is really working on them. ive even lost around 600 gold resihi that I top up to get. but not much can do about it just bare with it. I think they just really need to start close server for a set amount of time once a week to work on the errors and bugs that lots of ppl are clearly having.

SOme ways ive seen people spend them without knowing...
yourichi favor in palace cost coupons
those tool bags expansion cost gold as well
i did this today by accident i was using reiatsu pill spamed button to many times and used coupons by accident lol

well for me I haven't used yourichi favor ever and tool bags are a waste so I sell them soon as I get em lol. and couldn't be the pills either for I used them up before I log off each day lol. but its just coupons I would much rather get the gold reshi back but I know that will never happen. just seems like lots off players across all servers are having lots of probs with many features of the game. they just need to take the time shut it down a few hrs each week and adjust things. ie every Monday shut down few hrs fix stuff then start it back up ect lol.

yday happend to me too..., i had 700 cupons and gold -> cupons were the same but 40 gold disapeared u cant buy anything with 40 gold by accident so this migh be a system failure

prob not so much no. most wont even care til it somehow happens to them. bad thing its almost impossible to get ss of what happens since it happens when your off line ect. I also assume that most don't even notice there silver slowly disappearing. example u see it flashing in the corner of the screen then u look and a little bit is gone for no reason. I assume same goes for gold and coupons. next time u do something watch them flash then look at your total again. its like almost every action you do takes something away. I just don't think hardly anyone has noticed this yet. so no one has really said anything at all. even soul interaction in girlfriend is 100 sliver lol. yes low amount but never the less it still takes it away.

maybe some actions are costing gold or cuppon and we dont get warnings since they arent supose to use that currency

hi im on uss43, dont know if this counts as bug but, i lost 40 gold the free gold i only have 14 gold left and i dont know where did i used it, i have lot of coupons so how did i lost 40 gold,
for free users can recieve 30/30/30 gold, then i used 36 at the set so i shud have 54, but now i only have 14, i know im only a free user (top up once in eus8) but can u look it up for me how i lost my gold, thank you for taking the time reading my post.

"Mods" got zero control over this and in 99% of cases it was user error spending coupons on accident. The Support staff has seen this thread, if they haven't done anything about it or said anything about it, my apologies, I do not know.

well for me it sux yea but I can deal with it not too big of a deal since didn't loose gold just coupons. my main concern is where is the money back from extra charges that none has seen that they said the first of the month. I know what happens when u do a charge back and fight it u get money but bye bye account. I don't want that but its been over a month and none have seen anything. any updates on this issue would be awesome.

same happend here lol , but i lost allmost 2k cupons ... 1800+ i didnt lose any gold becuse i had 0 so .... but still i wanted to spend then when i reached 2650 to buy 2-3 Lv4 Stone Pack....
