I got purple few times and gold 1 time. Yet it didnt roll the left side rewards even once

i think the left side are just for you to see what reward is in which zone

the left just shows the best possible loots from the specifik color. and the rates for red/gold are near zero unless u pay to clear the blue + purple row.

not really if you think about it
since when will they be so nice to let you get a roll at the rare prize with a chance to get lvl 100set etc for a certain point maybe they will if you spend like over 10-12k in the wheel for that lvl 9-12 stone

if not its best to ask before you try to spend you gold in it
since you are trying to get those item anyway
there no point in whining here when you don't get it and blame the system
they make it this way its either you spend on it or you dun
