Sogyo + 8th skill deals the highest damage again, don't bother reading everything explained below.

Since there is a lot of confusion about buff stacking and the random damage increase since the Evolution update I figured I'd make a thread and post screenshots.
This thread is mainly about the damage difference between Sogyo, Zabimaru and Zangetsu combined with Dark Rukia, Inoue and Sexy Yoruichi.

Warning. These results are based on a fairly balanced team. If you have level 12 wisdom stones and level 5 strength stones chances are high you will get different results, exaggerated I know.

The skill you want to use depends on you, I have always used the 8th skill (100% combo)
Tested on "Quicksand Controller" in the "New Karakura Town" map. I hope the screenshots are understandable.
Personal backup:
- Urahara had no belt on.
- Tested with VG gear on main.
Normal Zanpakuto Damage: Urahara + Main.

Zabimaru highest support damage.
Zangetsu highest assaulter damage.
Zangetsu best overall damage.

Stacked Support Zanpakuto Damage: Urahara + Sexy Yoruichi.

Zabimaru gives highest damage for support.

Stacked Assaulter Zanpakuto Damage: Dark Rukia + Main.

Zangetsu gives highest damage for assaulters.

Combined: Urahara + Sexy Yoruichi & Dark Rukia + Main.
I calculated this one by adding Urahara's + Sexy Yoruichi's damage with Dark Rukia and my Mains damage.
Zangetsu is the best one with Zabimaru following very close. Sogyo on the other hand is not worth buying anymore and I guess the Sogyo + Dark Rukia days are over. I'm not sure if this change was intended or how much longer it will stay if it wasn't.

Difference with and without buff stacking.
Shows the difference with or without Dark Rukia, Inoue and Sexy Yoruichi.

The skills: 100% combo rate vs 15% assaulters attack.
I have to say that the skills are rather weird especially skill #9. The damage on skill #9 seems super broken and the damage randomly goes through the roof, shown on screenshot below.
Right now I'd say skill 9 is better even though I always used skill 8 to get a 100% fury attack on ever turn (combo on Sexy Yoruichi).

tl;dr: Zangetsu + 9th skill.

Hmm interesting. I will try it during tomorrow ES. Currently I am using d. rukia + sogyo + 8th skill. Will try to switch for zabimaru + maybe 9th skill and see what happens.

I've tried the 9th skill during Ryoka today. My S.Yoruichi her damage increased with ~200k per round, but I think the extra turn on her from the 8 skill still works better for me.

You can say thank you to this weird patch xD I dont know it still seems to me as a bug than intended feature but we will see. Now to get zangetsu somewhere relatively cheap.. It is still expensive as f*** 28k in joint task etc.. Can afford 12k gold not more

zab is still better

9th skill increase Assaulters' attack % but koto soyo increase everyone attack %. So attack % dont stack on Assaulters only.
But zabimaru increase everyone's damage rate % AND 9th skill increase Assaulters' attack % which means zabimaru is better! Assaulters deal much more damage with zabimaru than with koto sowari using 9th skill.

So same type buffs overwrite each other? Use D.Rukia with Zabi and for me it seems like they keep stacking every turn instead of overwriting. For example last time when i paid attention at ryoka event - Ken did 3.6 mil damage from his skill 1st turn, then next time he dealt 4.6+ mil from the skill.

Yeah that's right, that's the stacking effect.

it works, in ryoka 1st round my csb ken does about 9m dmg, by 5th round he reaches about 27m+

Lol, these buffs are so ridiculous now. So if I am understanding correctly, 9th skill will continuously stack since it seems the buff doesn't go away, right?

Wow... I have clearly not been keeping up, I was still in pre-stacking mode and wondering how a guy with 100k BP more than I was doing 30 mil dmg hits when I do 15-16 mil hits.

So I have cute orihime and sexy yoru. I used Zabi and 9th skill. My dmg went from 14-16 to 17.5-21.

Defenitely a jump, but not double like most here are discussing.

Just tested 9th skill vs. 8th in ES. With my setup 9th is fairly better. Not crazy good but a definite increase.

My setup is:

Zanpakuto: Zangetsu

1st. Sexy Yoruichi (T1) - 5th. Ikkaku - 2nd. Main (gets 100 fury after yoruichi's skill)

3rd. Kisuke (gets 100 fury after yoruichi's skill. Makes ikkaku and d. rukia 100 fury) - 4th. Dark Rukia

Side notes: My yoruichi is evo lvl 3 so she has 19.5% combo rate which can give my main extra rounds so she can do 9th skill more. Ikkaku is fully modded so has 12% combo rate which is why I put him the middle so he has a chance to give yoruichi an extra round. Also, I couldn't really be bothered to keep count of my damage so kind of just went off of silver earned and damage percent per hit. With 8th skill on I gained between 640k and 800k silver per hit and did around 2.85 - 3.45% damage to lvl 130 ES. With 9th skill on I gained between 770k and 1.1m silver per hit and did around 3.3 - 4% damage to lvl 130 ES. ( damage percents may be a tad inaccurate but silver earned I am 100% sure of)

1. Kisuke
2. Sexy Yoru
3. Cute Ori
4. Main
5. Pantera Grimm
9th Skill

This following was the best form:
Cute    Pant
         Sexy
Kisu    Main

Followed by:
Cute Sexy
      Pant
Kisu    Main

I did the most dmg with Sexy Yoru having my best gear, Pant having 2nd best, main having worst.

Kisuk is T1, Sexy Yoru is only T1 if Kisu crits on rage.  She's lvl 5 Evo so she has like 20% combo rate.

it all depends on your team you have and how well its build if you have isshin and 3 ass to use you are better off with skill 8 rather than 9

Now that we have this tread talking about new buff fix rules I have a question regarding Cute Orihime buff and Sebonzakura buff:

The buff that improves 25% attack from Sebonzakura and 12% damage rate of Horihime should stack cause they have different simbols(a circle and a sword) and same thing should be said about Dark Rukia buff. Am I right or even damage rate doesn't stack even if it has diffent symbol?
And Zangetsu damage rate buff since it has a sword it should not stack with the one of Horihime?

Brah should have given a bit more info in the update
Sogyo + 8th is "best" when you have d.rukia/C.Orihime or else zambimaru + 9th skill stacks if you don't have either 1 of those supporter
Zangetsu + 9th skill is better than Zambi + 9th if you still DONT have d.rukia/cuty (considered 3 assaulters for pve since zangetsu gives less damage rate to support)
Senbon + Cuty/D.rukia does stack since different icon

Oh I can keep my, D.Rukia,Cute,Sexy,Isshin,main setup with senbo and skill 9? or would there be a better setup right now for ES?

Cuty/d.rukia, pick only one (cuty better) they dont stack anymore
Senbon and 9th skill gives same icon, so they will overwrite, senbon > 9th skill (25% > 15%) not sure about the number too, need to be confirmed

Is Zabimaru better for me than Sogyo?

Isshin gives 100% combo rate so can't use 8th ability, which means best for me is 9th ability, 9th ability doesn't stack with Sogyo. which means Zabi is better right?

I also use Dark Rukia

Dark Rukia+Isshin+9th ability+Zabimaru
or
Dark Rukia+Isshin+8th ability+Zabimaru
or
Dark Rukia+Isshin+9th ability+Sogyo
or
Dark Rukia+Isshin+8th ability+Sogyo

Just copy paste it so I know which one is best <3

(not neccesasry but I use sexy yurchi as well, if needed lol)
