How do i get my zanpakto to shikai and bankai mode ? and what is the advantage of them ?

Rei level 15 for bankai and level 40 rei for second bankai, hogyoku-kai

Conditions :
1) Shikai : Level 10 Rieatsu, and Soul cultivation of 800 Exp.
(Goto Zanpakuto> Release Cultivate of Desired Zan>Soul Cultivate)
Soul Hunt can net you 'Spirit Soul', 1 soul = 10 Zan exp.

2)Bankai : Level 15 Rieatsu and Soul Cultivation of 800 + 1760 Exp.
1 Soul after Shikai phase = 11 Zan Exp.

Your have to go into the zanpankuto screen, and pick Release cultivations and use souls from soul hunt to level it up.

okok got it and one more thing is it wise to use souls on low level zanpakuto or should i save them till i get a better one ? and which one is the better one and when will i get it?

You should get Wabisuke to Bankai if you dont have Tobiume(VIP Zan). Then just save up on Spirit souls until you get Kazeshini (level 65 free Zanpakuto).

It increases the Zanpakuto Base Stats.
Goto Zanpakuto > release Cultivate > There at the right of the Zan there are Stat Bonuses after each upgrade.
