I'm not sure if its a bug or not but from my understanding, the event says 1 top-up gold = 1 point. So with that being said, it registers that I only topped up 800 when I topped up 3k so I should have been able to activate the title.
If anyone can clear this up or get it fixed, it would be wonderful. Thanks~

oh that's why my points was lower than i top the amount. I must have redeemed points on Title....SHIT! i should have redeem them all on shini yoruichi......
