i try to upgrade my shin toshiro to daiguren toshiro but it does not let me do it i am 105 level and vip i have the coupons and the golden reishi i have remove everything but nothing the only thing its says is error code: 466 who can we fix this problem?

If i remember this bug is something to do with the hollow souls have you tryed swaping the souls to someone who has none then upgrade him?

thanks alot for the help that was the problem i did not swap the hollow souls for this i did not let me upgrade him
