Somehow my level bar was full... by my mod soul is stucked at full bar and will not level...

no it can go above lvl 80... there's a lvl 80 upgrade for it.

The mod souls will xp at some point.Mine did, but in the double time of what I expected. I just think they increased the xp they need. If you wanna confirm that, synthesize a new one. It will also show the bar full level, but it wil level... So about it, I think it is just a visual bug.

Same here mod souls are not leveling up with just training. They do however level up if you use the exp card that costs 80 gold/coupons. (US 15)

60 fragment if you scroll down at the synthesis option it will show you

my shinjis refuse to lvl up despite me hitting max xp, but the minazuki one works fine

i think its only bar bugged coz today my shinji lvl up. Probably they change amount of exp to lvl up but bar show old amount of exp needed.

its not a bug, the xp required to lvl just got increased, like really really increased, as for the full xp bar , thats a bug, the mod souls will lvl, but at much slower rate than they used to before nel and minazuki showed up

This is like a wargaming WoT style of balancing... Making a crap out of something a "balance" it by making it even more crap

Seriously even before this shinji took ridiculous time to lvl up and I have the access to the ultimate because I am vip6+.. Cant imagine how long f2p players take to lvl him up...

they lvl its just slow and some of you seem to not realize when they need upgrades either check and see if there ready for that aswell lvl 80 is one lvl where they upgrade

This has been a problem on my server too ( US 15) for at least a week now. All of my Shinji mod souls do not seem to lvl up, however my new mizu mod soul pets do lvl up just fine.

is there a thread telling you how many fragment you need for each mod soul partner? i am stuck making menos and dondechockas, excuse the spelling. or certain level beginer to move to intermediate?
