ok so my friend is level 89 and has shin zabimaru renji and has the required amount of golden reishi and coupons but the upgrade button just wont light up.... any ideas that could help?

he need lv 95 to upgrade him

Guys - I am level 97, got all coupons and gold reishi, but I still cannot upgrade it to Soo?
(I removed all equipment, treasure, even hogyoku).
Any advices? As the communication of the problem is in japanese... Thanks!

Unequip everything he has, and take him off formation!
