On some mods that give crit rate it says "can surpass 90% limit" so how many spirit stones would you need of what level to reach 90% crit rate? With it my Resurección Ulquiorra can crit every attack because he gets +10% crit rate from mods

There are several ways of course but this is what I use..

Assaulters:
3x 12% (level 8)
2x 9% (level 7)
Triple Crown Champion
Crit refine on gear.

Support / VG:
6x 12% (level 8)
Crit refine on gear.

Same here.. even the F2P and low level VIPs have the title.

well. no one in server 1 of the us is nice enough with that title. duffy i know as hell wont help as he is a dick. -quietly moves my crit stones from tosen to my yoruichi-

take out everything you have. since reiatsu doesnt apply to GW its pretty easy

He probably means they'll take off their equip and partners out of formation so I can easily get through

they just make them selves really weak by removing partners and gear and letting you kill them.
That's what everyone on my server did for each other.

That was the initial plan but I wanted to know how many it would take for my Ulquiorra to get 100% (I know you can't get 100% from stones but with his 10% crit chance mod he can)

well, my hirako gets 84% crit rate (with help of triple crown title) i have 4 lv8 crit stones and 2 lv7 crit stones. so im guessing if you have 1 lv9 crit stone and the rest all level 8. you will get close to the 100. you definitely will be above 90 crit.
