Shinji Hirako(assaulter) vs Tavern Byakuya

Hey guys just wondering about something, I'm currently using Shinjo hirako as my second assaulter in pvp. I've been wondering should i swap him out for byakuya? Personally I like the idea of Hirako's anti stun skill but people claim that byakuya is more useful with his speed reduction? What do you guys think?

Tavern Byakuya doesn't have speed reduction, Hakuteiken Byakuya from Cross Server Battle has speed reduction.

I'm pretty sure tavern Byakuya also has speed reduction

they both do, Hakuteiken's is just more prominent

Tav. Byakuya actually isn't that good

yeah, his skill reduces speed, but he himself isn't that fast, so someones main can kill him

and some supports will stop him from using his skill (cough cough Shunsui) and Harribel will also do it

Keep Shinji he'll protect your team more than Byakuya.
At a certain point you will notice Shinji starts lacking in power, you can eventually switch him out for CSB Byakuya.
