same happened in our server too..maybe the acv is gliched and u need to clear the lvl 140 hard mode istead of the lvl 120 hard one.....

As much as you might consider it far fetched, write to support explaining to them your case with details (when you actually passed the campaign: date, time, with what characters, etc).

A couple of months ago, the same happened with the super powerful guild achievement. So i wrote to support detailing as much as i could, a couple of days later (2 or 3 i think), got the achievement.

So try them, maybe they're in a good mood, and solve it for ya soon enough
