Just to get this straight so I am not confused. Before the server was messed up I was 4th with 13k fragments and now I am like 20th with 300 and no vit to get it any higher so my position will most likely fall even more throughout the day.

So will I still get the reward I would've had for 4th place? Or some random reward that will in no way make up for the money I wasted buying gold to buy VIT to secure that 4th place? If it is the latter I shall be contesting paypal payment as I haven't recieved what I paid for due to your error not mine.

i was rank 1 15.5k crystal and different with 2nd place was 100 crystal how u will recognize it if u not return back to normal? and still no emergency maintenance. soon guild war then ryoka. u guys havent think straight? we lost alot because what u do today and you only compensate 2m silver,vit,coupon. Do u think its enough? u guys break ur own game. Such a lame good game become trash.

may u answer this why u guys do maintenance when theres an event ongoing? did u have test it before?

Think there be alot of people doing that. Infact any purchase within a 30day period will be contested as this will force people to stop playing and they will recoup as much money back as possible!

no i dont thinks the try it befor today and it is why it total fck up in there face so bad but lets us wait and see what the will do for im going back to naruto if i loseing my 21k crystiles and 10k gold on some jokes for GMs

She's just saying that this particular thread wasn't meant for our current situation, meaning that people shouldn't be misleaded by someone who bumped the thread.

I almost thought they were had a solution for us as well, untill I saw the date of thread creation, it's very misleading since someone bumped it, can't blame them though, the thread should've been closed after the case was dealt with.

may I ask sth?when u say rewards will be given u mean according to our position when??yesterday that most of event as going good or todays that everything was 0 again?cause if it it for todays crystals u removed event 1 hour before it should end which was a problem to someone like me who wanted to spend gold last momnt for a good position...

in the ultimate bp event what is finishing now, i tried to get more cristal and i didnt get, i spent 90 vitality and didnt get cristal, i spent 20 minutes before close the time. and i lost 900 cristal, i was ranking 2, now i am 3 but, ultimate bp is not appearing to me now.

so right now, the game developers are not doing anything about the Ultimate BP events.
No titles are given, no stones are given.
They are not replying to the mails and have not given us any news about how it is going to be fixed.
Be it whether you're a free or a paid player i'm sure all of you all want some answers on how this issue is going to be fixed.
Honestly, i feel that this game has scammed all the EU servers' players and honestly this is really unprofessional and unethical.

i play eu 42 and i did get my 2nd rank title and 3rd ranked got his but 1st ranked didn't reveice anything

if this event is like the Ultimate BP event then YOU choose when to activate the title. Item goes to your backpack, you use it, and that puts the title into your achievements to select and start the timer.

So in theory if you won the last one, you would win this one, and can wait til the timer is over to activate it. Or you can hold onto it til say, server clash then activate it then. etc

hello, i played on serve 46 Eu, i was ranked 3rd in the Ultimate BP even. The server's went down for a couple of hours and i lost my rank 3 and about 10k points, I put about 1500 gold into that event just for it 2 reset 6 hours before i got rewards. did this happen to anyone else or just me???
