You cant upgrade hainko because your reiatsu lv is not 21 yet.
I recommend you to get renji to replace ichigo because renji is great pvp and pve Assaulter also vanguard killer.
Can you show me your stats? Also spirit jades and accessories? Hogu as well? ESpecially Hogyoku please.
First fortify your vanguard sado armor, headband, cloak, and belt to MAX so your vanguard can survive long battles
Foritfy your Assaulters and supporters' weapon and boots to MAX then foritfy their belt to MAX then after all these, foritfy their defense that they are weak to. For example ur ichigo is physcial attacker that is weak to kido attack so you foritfy his strategical defense so he takes less damage from strategy attacks.

I disagree with this. You should just focus on your Weapons/Shoes when fortifying at that level, and sometimes belts. Really start leveling up your reiatsu, best place to dump silver.

you can get reiatsu pills in events and also exchange sign in points for them.
