You are able to get coupons by playing the daily events such as guildwar, ryoka etc.

Daily Task, if you reach 120 points and by leveling up you can get a few coupons.
Other than that just be active and patient and make sure to spend them in the right event such as Visored Revenge.

visored revenge? Idk what that is.. I spend my coupons and gold on spirit stones.

Visored revenge is an event where you can get coupons if you use coupons or gold during this event. The reward come from 3 coupons for 50 coupons spent to 1100 coupons for 8500 coupons spent
