He was in those events where you can get Mugetsu, white ichigo, Vasto lorde ichigo. 50k top up and u get him for free, it was also in the lucky turntable but i dont remember the price.

usually i top up when i have joint task, i was trying to figure it out how much he would cost if he comes in that event.
