Already wasted 200 gold refreshing and he doesn't appear, was he removed or something?

i have 12 basic fury stones, im happy and sticking with that xD

Wouldn't say worth it, but if you can to that no.1 spot on ultimate charge, id go for that instead

All i'm getting is Ultimate weapon, ultimate accessory, 60 assistant mod exp, 12 basic fury stones, 9 level x2 stones and the most annoying, 12 ultimate modify whatever that fucking shit is.

if you're only obtaining items, then Treasure map might only consist of rewards that are similar to the original reward. E.G if the original reward was a partner, if you refresh, you only get more partners?

(never refreshed treasure map, so not too sure how it works, or its completely random and you're unlucky xD)

yeah they do sadly. i havent tried refreshing or anything yet. but some of the rewards you mentioned earlier was never there to begin with

Don't refresh, the only thing worth there right now is the 12x basic fury stones. The rest? Pure fucking garbage.

Btw, zanpakutos and partners were replaced with 2x 9 lvl stamina / wisdom stones , ultimate accessory thing, 12 almighty fragments or whatever that is, assistant mod exp and the other one idk.

im guessing the llv 9 str + agi stone got replaced by stam + wisdom. accessory box was prob replaced with lvl 100 ultimate gear and 12x almight frags + assistant mod xp took sogyo + hyorinmarus place. all i can come up with

No the initial price is 12 fury stones no sogyo, n they replaced all the zanpaktos; i just checked the achievments too i think they changed them too

Oh, that. Yeah that is kinda strange. They will probably allows us to mod event partners again though. Maybe after a month or so of trying to fix it. Or they could give us a nice compensation... Of 20k silver, 5 vit and 10 coupons. That would be worth a month of not modding...
