I fight him today in Hueco mundo, his white ichigo attack twice in a round without "extra round", someone knows if it's possible or it's a bug cos i ve never seen this before .

Why u cry for hack or bug, without read a guide ?
U not know how the game works, but u point your finger to a player saying he's hacking.
Read guides and understand how games works....than u will see nobody hacking abd the bugs are almost at zero.
Your default speed is higher making you attack first.
During the first round his Zanpakuto uses his skill (foot/speed icon) causing him to attack first in the 2nd round.
