okay I play Bleach online on Facebook I had about 3900 gold when I go to top off nothing happens so I refresh the page  only 805 gold it slowly vanished for no reason then the battle started glitching in certain areas of the game who do I talk to about getting my gold backand stopping these battles from glitching?

You should contact the Bug report,I really don't know about the gold...You know if anyone have your email and Password??It may be that someone entered in your acc..I'm not sure...well Contact the Bug report...I hope this helps

I thought this was the bug report how do I get to the bug report ? ps I'm pretty secure with my passwords and it happened around the same time the fighting glitch appeared please and thank you

Retrace you're steps, maybe you spent it unconsciously, like on gold janken or smth. I spent mine on that lucky card event or however it's called by eliminating rewards that i  didn't want. Some event's don't even ask do you want to spend gold, it just happens. Rewiev everything you did, see if you have any points in event's that require gold and etc. Also thinkg about who has you're facebook password, or did you leave it on somwhere and somebody logged in and thought it's a kid game... I'm telling you because 90% percent of the time it's human error... If you don't find any clues send a mail to support.

where is support does refreshing your screen cost money I play it on my laptop already talked to my whole family about it I'm checking the files on my computer to see if I got a screenshot or a video but the survey itself has been acting up by the way mr. hat and clogs that's my favorite character

Never sent a mail myself so i don't know exactly, and a big question is do they answer and stuff. If i'd need to guess, while playing you have that 4 options in the bottom left corner that say news, guides, support, recharge. Click support, try explaining everything in the mail and sending it. If you didn't click anything and didn't spent the gold maybe you'll even get it back. Good luck with everything. And the glitch, you'll just have too deal with it i guess

they have no Saratoga restaurant and no form of contact this is ridiculous I reported a bug on the website here but that's about it I don't think they're going to do anything since it's on Facebook thank you for everything and I can't wait to see blood princesses Bankai and I hope my gold dust come back when to switch it over but I highly doubt maybe I should just quit idk

I totally agree with you man go game needs to fix this now especially with the huge amount of money they wanted to pay a private message you my phone number and we can start some type of group against this

i tried contacting the support team but the email i sent loops back and says thees email does not egzest someone please tell me how to con tact the support team please.
