Hello im leonel ( im lv.105) and i am in server EU76  and im not surw hwat my formation should be, idk if its good or not
i have the following as a formatin
Sajin (vanguard)
main    Ikkkaku
Gin       retsu unohana

im thinking about using shin ulquiorra instead of ikkaku  and i dont know about the others :l
idk if i should get shin shura kenpachi or just get Hollow ichigo,

can someone please help!!!

you should change ikkakku for tavern kenpachi or swp kenpachi. if you plan to go through the suffering then you could try to switch gin for swp aizen

It would be easier to come with a good suggestion if you also told us what zanpakuto u are using, if you plan on getting another and in that case which one.

Also if you are going to get an event partner so we can suggest those too or only tavern/swp/cross :-)
