Heyo people!

I just topped up and got my senbonzakura + my mid budget event partners.
This resulted in a massive reaction of hate from a lot of the chat-active players on my server and incredible amounts of trashtalk.

I also play UN topped up way more there over a very long period...
There it seemed pretty normal for every server or atleast every 2nd. server to have atleast 1 high top-upper and there nobody had a problem with it.

I understand that we all have difference of opinion etc. However such a strong reaction was quite unexpected and that made me wonder..

Is it really not very normal here on Bleach to have a couple of ppl like that? Reading forums etc. it seems like there's atleast a good deal of ppl like me, but maybe we're not so many afterall?

Not trying to start a heated arguement here. I'm simply curious :-)

Yeah it was like really insane.. They started attacking my career choice irl etc.

And the odd thing is, we were 2 ppl topping up like 20k, and I were on top for a while.
Then we got to be more or less even and I top up another 12k and all hell breaks loose lol.

And they only hate me, not the other high top-upper xD

Do you know if there's any servermerges here like on UN?

yeah there are server merges, last one was 3 or 4 weeks ago so one will probably happen late august

Very common, but that dies down over time. Wait till you merge with other servers w/ beasts, our 117-122 has some incredibly epic vip 10ers and I'm sure most of em got some hate.

In bleach forum, and more in bleach servers chats there are a lot of people ( big men and kids )
So envy about people who can top up.
People want to be #1 of his server and #1 in Csb as Vip 0.

But there are a lot of players with big wallets; so they cry louder every single day.

I bet in your guild nobody envy u. I think they were all happy about your top up.
Use BLOCK option, enjoy your game.

im guessing its just people around your lvl/arena rank.

People on our server, its normal that all the top 10/20 is at least vip4/6+. And they almost all have great zanpaks/partners like shinso gin, Zangetsu, Sogyo etc.

as those in this thread said, it dies down, but it literally will never happen if your arena is pretty much natural to have topped up people xD

I also experienced it . Rest assured, over time they will stop these criticisms.
P.S: I bought 60k gold . I bought shinso gin, isshin., toushirou vanguard and Hyōrinmaru , and the guys began to criticize me , to speak ill of my mother. Over time the criticism stopped and everyone began to admire me .

Ignore anyone who criticizes you for topping up. As a VIP 0, I feel happy when someone gets cool partners. I use those players as testing grounds to see how long my team can stand up to them. Usually 1 or 2 round, but it'll get better.

Everyone in my clan gets super excited whenever I get a new partner lol. The only people that ever seem to have an issue with me topping up are the couple of people around the same power level as me lol.

hehe yeah, we're like 12 vip 4+ on mine... that might be the reason they are butthurt.. cause they feel like they don't get as much for their money cause of me... but oh well, it's part of the game xD

Lol I'm one of like 30 spenders in my server. Most of them are around vip 6 I think, but there's probably 6 or 7 who are vip8 through vip10. Top 3 are all vip10

I had a funny situation in my server where a guy got hate not for topping up but for using the most powerful person's character at the time as his personal shield.  He got left a character called suno who was strong enough that we could not kill him in the half an hour that guild war runs for, so people got pissed off that this guy toya was using him to his advantage and would bring out suno to win guild war.  Personally I did not care, though it was funny reading the arguments that unfolded.

Lol yeah, it's funny how a lot of people seem to like complaining about things that are just a natural part of the game.

They were probably just mad that he weren't on their side so they could do the same.. Also if they would use common sense there are actually a lot of ways to deal with a situation like that from their side, but oh well xD

Either they're jealous and are depressed knowing they can 'never' catch up to you..
which makes them feel regretting playing the game since they're competitive or w/e

OR

You're 'snatching' all the events and giving others no chance?
Try using the 'Panem et circenses' method if you want to not be hated so much.. then again that's all up to you.

ps: I don't mind what you do during events tbh, there'll always be commoners -evil laugh

Well, since it's only been 1 day since my last big top up, I haven't really had time to snatch all events..
Also, I've been helping everyone with campaign and blood battles even after I did my 10 tries, then suddenly even the ppl I helped hate me lol.

In general you want to keep the people happy by providing them joy/events to look forward to.
It's an expression from the romans, where the emperor would give food and events (gladiator battles, etc) to keep the people distracted/happy

in my server we hawe a # that has topped up quite alot!

but we dont have a hatred to him (altho it is anoying that he finishs of all tre es in 10 minutes and take the ryoka and gw not letting other be able to get kill streaks higher than 4 ... -_-) and that relly make some ppl thrash talking here and there  (i dont know how it is in the other guilds or pm bu in world chat it is quite clean)

I topped up 60k gold for the ultimate rebate in US207. About 90% of them were just curious how I got so good, the other 10% would say rude things. It just seems to come with the territory of first place. Now I'm kind of worshiped in my server. They call me their representative, lol.

tbh I got 2 cool guildies who are semi-active, and my brother is playing with me aswell, so tbh I don't mind it at all, and in the case that we end up not being able to do blood battle cause of it, we'll just make a noob acc each and lvl to 40 so we can do it anyway

I don't see a reason to hate people who want to support the game. The only time I get mad is when they become mean about it towards players who don't have the money to surpass them. I am a friendly kinda person until someone sets me off

I had a guy get really angry at me and call me pathetic for timing my entry so that I didn't have to attack the other guilds top guy first and instead wiped out the weaker opponents. He was so mad it was hilarious. He was basically doing the same thing by trying to hide behind the top guy every round.

Lol me and another guy do this all the time in guild war and the other guy would also use coupons to take the kill steal sometimes, but he now knows that it is not worth using coupons if you can't get a top 3 spot and hang on to it.

The problem is that they cater to those of which that make insane amounts of money. There are a lot of people who can't afford to top up $1000 when ever and topping up $50-$100 gets you no where... so the point of us who can't afford to just topup $500+ on this game is pointless.
