me and my wife completed 120 campaign hardmode and never recieved ultimate twin team reward... what gives? we even removed down to main and VG and completed it and still no reward.... is this achievement bugged and incompletable???

Maybe try it with Mains only since it does say to 2 man it.. If that doesn't work then bugged.
