anybody how to beat tensa zangetsu at instance hard mode? i'm using 4th skill but it's useless because he got high dodge rate

Wasn't the first skill for hit enemies with high dodge ?

Then increase your hit while using 4th skill, either from stone or refine equips.
I didn't got any miss from him, my team average hit was 130%.
