I just got the 10 points on the reio event so tomorrow i can finally buy Dark Rukia..
I know that she needs Sogyo to be viable but since i don't have it yet, is it better for me to use Kazeshini or Zabimaru during pve event? I also read in the guide that i should use 8th skill with her, is that a problem regardless buffs not stacking correctly?

Probably stack buff. Use Zabimaru on pve events.

8th skill is better and it's a combo rate skill which gives you extra turn

There is no such thing as buff stacking now and if it were it works on 9th skill not 8th.
