how lon did u play there? what's ur lvl? are u a high vip? if ppossiblle start over, they don't allow account migrations unfortunatly

If you are vip 4 then you are not losing too much that way and if it is affecting your life really badly then just start over again on one of the new servers. If you are going to start a new character then commit to it and give your old one to someone else and tell them to change the password.

PFFT The customer support thingy is an eye candy THIS GAME DOESNT HAVE GM or they dont give a shit by the amount of money they demand theyr customer support should be really understanding and working one
