Currently I am lv 71 172469 BP and lv 31 Reiatsu I was thinking If Its better to upgrade my reiatsu to level 40 or to get gold partners

imo partners then reiatsu, i mean zab isn't even out yet so u don't have to get 35 reiatsu. I went for 2 partners the second i hit 70 (sajin and yoruichi) was saving silver before then and then once i got them at 70 I fortied my gears and reiatsu and now at 75 i'm back to saving for 80 partners so that i can get 2 80 partners the second i hit 80.

But that's how i play the game anyway. Main reason I think this is better is because I won't want to spend extra resources later on to level them up which I could then use on fortifying/reiatsu and that new hoygou feature which i haven't touched cause its 2mil a day >.>

for pve, things like king hallow souls, the serit palace for infuse items, trails, even instances and aillance camp all need a good strong tank to take damage if you don't get him you will not be able to pass some of untill later lvls. Vanguard possible imo is useless in pvp since 10th skill, but in pve he needs to soak up damage.

He's the tankiest vanguard you can get till 110 or cash shop partners.

whats the point of getting hyoguka if you can't pass trails/serit palace and king hallow souls? o.O

true but it gets u more power earlier i suggest the tarven for long time
