Im lv 72 my setup is sajin main ichigo momo and yoruichi but i cant get past the third one my bp is 233k

for HM i'm using jizo as zanpakuto. you'll have it from lvl 75 task. it gives more speed than another f2p zanpakuto (suzumebachi also gives 15% speed for 3 line, but if you are f2p you can buy it after 1 year sign-in or if you save 5k of coupons)
with new fortify function my speed lvl for jizo is 10 and for kazeschini is 14. and yoruichi is still faster with jizo
