I login the game then click play and select my server EU 21 and then he says loading after loading finish he says to me Fail to Initialize game, please refresh and try again! i refresh and the same problem help me please

almost the same problem here, finished loading but then only black screen appear... cleared my cache but still not working. currently playing on server eu6
