My problem is I do not understand what the purpose of the Stage of the event Hoyimaru Conquest of Might on Hard difficulty

The descripcion say ReinforcementThoshiro HisugayaDamage dealt by main character in no less than 1 of total damage

you have to make sure Toshiro hits the support row and you should be good to go.

Yeah I had this exact same problem and a few people here were kind enough to help me out. You have to take off your zanpukto and make sure that the toshiro that joins you attacks their support line and does more damage than the rest of your team.

get your assaulters to hit the VG and Assaulter, then let Toshiro hit the support lines.

In order to do the requirement, Toshiro's total damage must be more then your main's total damage. Same goes with Tensa Hard Challenge. So if your main dealt 5000 damage, then Toshiro would have to deal 5001 or higher damage to complete the requirement.

This crap is too much work. I'm doing normal and moving on, unless there is some more special about doing high level ones? Don't really care about point items because the time to do it doesn't fit with my casual player mindset.

I struggled with this one to but all you have to do is get toshiro to do more damage than your main, I did this by taking of my main's equipment but I left the weapon on. I also never equip a zanpaktou for these fights as it just gets in the way of me completing some of the conditions.

Nah you just get more tokens, though I would say they are worth it since you get quite a bit of bp from it.

all you need to do is make sure toshi hits first its easier, and must kill atleast one supporter oh and to make this easier you can have 3 characters instead of 4 as toshi will counts towards your 4th

Ahhh, i'm too lazy for this one. I did the bond ones and glad I didn't need to do it daily because I would have gone crazy.

well, i just remove my zang (sometimes stays on) and they attack as normal. always works for me
