So i'm running 1-3-1 formation with rukia,main,renji,sado but i dont wich one to choose beewteen those two could someone advice me wich is better to that formation? ty

7-day ichigo can be equiped gold treasure

Lisa would be the better choice, 7 day Ichigo just sucks, though until you can get purple partners he will do.
