mod 2: add 20% dodge
mod 3: add 30% dodge

lol wtf plus his natural talent gives him 30% dodge and 30% break defence
i would combine this mofo with gamuza nel lol

his fury skill also gives him 30% more break defence 30% dodge 100% crit and 100% fury
yep this guy is just retartedly op

Well he might be good in low lvls, but in top tier battles remember that Hit rate hasnt got any MAX % + he is not too fast + his Wis sucks. So any guy with a faster support who atack him will make him explode.

ryuken is super strong until the VERY VERY Endgame where people have so good stones that there are slots for hit stones (unless the guy purchases a lot of universal socket stones and open)

does that mean he doesn't require dodge stone anymore?
after skill +30%more, would that makes 120% dodge?

like i said, he can be a scary as hell partner until later stages when people have enough high lvl stones to have spare slots for hit stones aswell unless they purchase universal socket stones to open extra stone slots.

but how many people are going to have over 300% hit rate?

Combine a fully modded him with all level 12 dodge stones and him at T1 + add in Nel......

i haven't seen very many people at 300%+ hit rate... i am not even there yet

210% dodge [ from everything on him ] + 15% dogde rate[ with nel ] [ but skills don't stack ]

and then configure in the -65% hit rate from Nel.........

325% [hit rate on enemy ] - 65% hit rate = 260% hit rate - 210% dodge rate[ from everything on that new character ] = 50% hit rate..... oh yeah, lets not forget his evolves are also based around dodge and can also exceed cap limit......

He can't break through 90% limit, at least nothing says that he can, but combined with Gamuza's skill, which decreases 65% hit rate to the enemy's assault and support lines, that makes his total Dodge rate is 155% (255% hit rate is required to make his dodge rate useless)

Well makes sense since Ulquiorra or other partners says they can break in their mods. 90 dodge + 65 hit seems pretty lame IMO.

it could be a typo in the mods section, we all since that before in this came

but if he can reach cap rate without any stones... then you don't need to put dogde stones on him and you can build him like a tank if you want with nel as a supporter

(6 x lv12 dodge stones : 360) + (his mods and tallent and skill: 120) + (Gamuz's skill: -65% hit +15% dodge: 80) = 560
which means that ppl needs 660 hit ra......... WTF AM I DOING WITH MY HEAD ?!! THAT'S A HUGE LOAD OF BULLSHIT !

but maybe his cap would be 120%

like i said if they expanded dodge rate he would be a monster and if they added super dodge then they will probably change his skill to something like "give whole team super dodge for 1 round" and super dodge is practically invisible so we never know what comes next

SPEED SPEED SPEED. If opponent's speed is higher, and he/she has somebody like gin, and yoroichi/aizen as support with higher speed, I see no point of him having that high dodge,, unless you could actually get to skill, then maybe.

With sombody like gin been faster, even if he dodges, I think he can still be stunned.

it's just a matter of time before we get it because bleach is pretty much following ultimate ninja/ninja classic/anime ninja but it's probably years away so for now Ryuken is only for early stage game he can be easily shutdown in later game stages
