Get Spirit souls from Soul hunt, go to the Zanpakuto tab, click Release cultivation, from there Soul cultivation and One-click cultivation (free) and Gold cultivation and God-speed cultivation (gold). And you need level 15 Reiatsu for Bankai and 40 for Hogyoku-kai (the next level)
