rangiku is worth it if you are running a 1-1-3 formation or even a 1-2-2
she can literally save your supports and keep them alive while healing them and herself
if you have hyorinmaru her heals gain a bonus

I will second this. I've seen some insane rang heals, couple that with hyorin and add a bit of vanguard stacking and she's incredibly hard to kill.

i should say so myself my rangiku heals upwards to 178k through her skill take into account 90% block while she blocks most the time she takes forever to die especially as her HP is 1.4 million HP lol
