Hi i cant seem to figure out what to do

If i click explore it tells me i need to sign in 1 day to explore

if i click the cloths to the top right it does nothing. how am i supposed to finish this game?

are you new for this game? if yes, you have to reach certain lvl to unlock "sign in" features.. but i forgot what lv. maybe around 30 or something
