how can i get red hogyoku fragments?
has anyone gotten any fragments?

You can get them by directly starting in Phase 4.

Get Phase 4/5 to obtain the Red Hogyoku Fragments

No idea how much you get though when you reach them, i haven't reached them yet ever since the update came out
