berserk renji combined with isshin is nasty as fuck, especially with his 4th mod, after the battle he deals additional 350% dmg (i think it works on ryoka, not 100% sure)

Yeah... But if his 4th mod takes the same amount of time like the rest of the event partners then I don't think that really matters

Not sure.. Even though the 50% extra crit damage etc is really good.. at the same time Ken gives you survivability with his break defense.

I got Renji and replace csb kenny with him. It upped my damage by over 10 million more per hit lol. He's miles ahead of kenny in terms of pve. He even had worse gear on than what I usually put on kenny.

I vote for CSB kenpachi, and i will explain:

Renji is better than CSB kenpachi, if u are a low vip or free to player ( u became vip after u got it )
Coz renji skill give critical chance to your partners. As low vip your stones will be bad probably and extra crit chance will help a lot.
And probably as low vip u will need months to get 4000 challenge stones for CSB kenny.
I guess TIER 5 mod wont work in ES or Ryoka.

I vote for CSB kenpachi because imho is better for high vips.
Why?
Even if he have low grow rate ( if u compare with renji ) his skill has more grow rate, with decent stamina and counter stones, will help u to stay 0-3-2 until wave 70 in ryoka, without one partner die. 3 assoulters will reflect damage every round.
Meaning a lot more dmg than renji. Ofc u need decent crit rate too. But as high vip, u should have all that stones, or u will have soon if u are a high vip but started in a new server.

imho 0-3-2 is better than 1-2-2 ( with nozarashi too )

Renji's skill does not give crit chance to your other partners, it gives crit damage. It is in fact better if you are higher vip rather than low vip since you still have to have the stones to give high crit chance to all of your partners. Also since he gets 100% fury every turn, he skills 3 times as often as csb kenny. So even though his skill growth rate is a bit lower than kenny's, he gets to use it 3 times as often.

In formation with Rukia+Kisuke(or any 2 fury partners) they should be about equal, but if Isshin's inside too there is nothing to compare I guess

How about this, Renji is better if your entire team are all strong with significant amount of crit chances. Kenpachi is better if you stack all the stones into 1 single player. But in the end, Renji will make the team get better damage, Kenpachi will give himself enough damage + block if he has enough fury supplies.

Why not do Isshin, CSB Kenny, Berserk Renji for PvE if you have em?  I would imagine only Mugetsu would be more worthwhile potentially?

I really hate to see Sexy get pushed out like this but DAMNNnNNNNNNNN, only thing i'm concerned about is my full t1 team mod structure. I'm lucky to have 3 T1 sets but not everyone that has a mod team will be able to adjust like that. I'm hoping to have him ready by tomorrows ES to test.

haha same here, my lovely sexy yorui, and i will get be.renji by tomorrow too ready . i just have two t1 sets, one full and one via enchant. i have 85+ crit on assaulters and ~45% on noza. need to get more crit stones.

oh i wont be using him for pvp cos of his very low agi rate , only at very rare cases. i already have a isshin+bya for my pvp. more than enuf tbh.

I don't think so, but it just means you can replace the crit stones with something else, so its not all bad.. but I still wouldn't use him PvP.

i just figured out that "add xx% crit rate" and "add xx% crit dmg" rn't the same thing O A O !! that means that his final crit rate would be :
his total crit rate would be : 180% !!!!!! (or 165% excluding the talent)

In PVP lets day you have the 180 crit rate and my counter is 90% than you chance is 90%. I guess the developers are going to raise stats

I use both
Shura Kenpachi is required to make block rate effective against hgh level ES
But B.Renji still hurts more and his +50% crit damage to whole team is still better than 3 block each turn

talent doesn't break cap xD
He's got max crit rate at :
90+25(evo)+13.8(bond)+30(mods) = ~160%
And MAYBE his skill breaks cap, gotta check this one cuz not every skill breaks cap

Also gotta say it again to make it clear ... : 90% is the "normal' cap, which is not only stones but also sets, titles, passives,....

I dont have b.renji tho, but outgoing from his skill & passives he should outclass everyone. Only bad thing about him is that he is yellow partner and his AGI/WIS suck, but on other hand others are yellow to.
