There is a change to Tensa, instead of 25% speed buff to supports, it has been changed to 25% atk buff.

Zangetsu:
125% reiatsu bonus
V:-40% attack, 0% immune, 50% hp, 0% recovery
A:21% speed, 25% attack
S:15% speed, 18% attack

He's wrong, the buff is 25% speed to supports and 25% attack to assaulters.

No the buff gives speed to Assaulters.

Yeah my bad, I meant the passive is 25% speed to support and 25% attack to assaulters, the actual buff is as I showed in the picture, 15% speed and 25% damage to all.

Uhhh, the description is slightly off on that actually. If you haven't noticed, it doesn't give the buff to your vanguard.

we have a totaly bad version of tensa in CN version tensa you support speed and damage rate same with assulters and vg has no restrictions basicly its was senbon+muramasa+ zangestsu put together

Yeah I totallly dont understand their nerfs... Why nerf % of senbon attack...why nerf isshin but leave someone like shinso alone.. Tensa zangetsu rather no comment. They transformed completely awesome zanpakuto which was worth its price (cheaper one when it appeared again at CN not first time

) and usable in every formation into total garbage...
137% reia bonus vs 132%
0% reduced dmg on vanguard vs 20% reduced dmg
25% speed for assaulter vs 0%
21% dmg for supports vs 0%..
Not sure about buffs but it will probably be lower as well.. :/
Sure you loose some dmg on assaulters and speed on supports compared to ours but that speed is more important not to mention because it has higher reia bonus that difference in dmg and speed will not be that drastic if any...

first off: isshin is easily the most overpowered thing in CN, he absolutely needed to be nerfed

2nd: here's the thing with tensa, it was 300k when it came out in CN, if it came out here 300k everyone would whine about how expensive it is

it was a lose-lose situation really
