i noticed that when someone goes offline their bp goes down 10k-20k
and i am saying this because when i fight someone in arena higher than me (in rank) when he is offline i can defeat and their mains bp is 115k-120k and total is around 490k-500k but when they are online their mains bp goes 10k-20k+ and theis total goes to 510k-520k

also the same thing happens to me when i am offline

Maybe bonds might have to do with it

dont think so cause bond attributes dont give 10k-20k bp boost
also the attack and speed go down 5k
and one of them told me that in arena it shows them that i lost and i take their rank

Maybe zanpakuto foritfy so they change and lose or boost bp

even if they did it doesnt explain why they lose 5k dmg or why do i take their place in arena if it shows them that i lost
