Which partners from the special wars are the most worth it ? (Excluding Aizen 2nd form & Shin Zabimaru)Which one and why ?

Shin zabimaru is pretty much only pvp partner, dont know If I would put resources into getting him, there are better partners for sure. I would say pantera grimmjaw for pve, noza ken for pvp/ryoka and aizen for pvp. Rest are either useless or require specific formation or team members to be useful.
Daiguren Hyorin is nice and all with his disarm but enemies can still use their skill if they have enough fury. You would have to combine him with harribel/gin.
Ulquiorra is ok I guess for pvp with his aoe but he is nothing special and there are better partners like csb byakuya.
Nel is decent fury buffer but in pve rukia is better because she gives more fury and to have her instead of kisuke is pretty much useless because you would need pure T1 for her and in that case you can just get shinso gin instead.
In pvp I dont know, pretty useless I would say. She is all about dodge and reducing enemy chance to hit you but at the point where you can get her (lvl 110) most ppl will have enough hit rate to hit you anyway.
