If you got good break defense stones and you got a zampaktou like hyorinmaru or senbonsakura, I'd say stark is better, as you state, if you build him properly, since he can hit everyone. That is crucial and can be a life saver when you want to hit those pesky supporters who have little hp left. Even without those zampaktou, stark is still good, because of the block he gives and because he helps a lot in soul map.

Kokujo tegen myoo, its free and is more focused for vg

Imo even with only -20% it isn't rly good, better use kazeshini IMO

Both are good doesnt matter if you have senbon/hyorin/tensa zangetsu or not though hollow ichigo doesnt suffer that much from lacking one of those. He is more def oriented compared to stark..
Basically the only bad thing on hollow ichigo for me is that he has heavily attack oriented evo which easily overshadows most evo on assaulters or attack oriented supports...which kind of sucks when you usually want him as a replacement for sajin for soaking dmg...
They really did poor job with some of those evo when some assaulters or tanks have strategic attack bonus.. some tanks including ichigo has combo.. ichigo has freaking 14,5% combo rate.. what I would give for having that on some of my assaulters or supports...not to mention 18% crit, break def and almost 19k speed...

Well it is basically like this:
stark has better attack and hollow ichigo has better defense which you can easily see from growth rates and mods. Not sure about stark evo but hopefully is it attack oriented to support his strong points.
I woulds say that for stark to use him efectively you want to have hyorin/senbon/tensa as your zanpakuto. For hollow ichigo to do his role it is not neccesarily needed though it help of course.

For buffs it is mostly about preference.. Aid rate for assaulters looks more useful on paper but given the fack that in most cases vanguard will attack last and in 2nd round where fight is mostly over it kind of negates its usefulness

The aid is always late, while stark can do good damage (with any zan), especially on support since most of the time they don't have a lot of fiscal def.
Ichigo, has really good def mod and stats. Buts skill wise he loses to stark in pvp.
The best thing about ichigo is that he needs less build then stark, so you can do more for assaulter. Because stark really needs the build.
Both are equally good ichigo def wise, stark atk wise.
its just what you like and what you're team needs.
if you got 3 assaulters pick ichigo (except if you still got the stones for a good stark) if you got 1 assaulter always go for stark.

i think stark is better,

I'm a stark user, the pros are his ability to attk all team and hp regeneration based on total dmg he does, he has natural strengh n good defense; the cons are his lack of buff to the other lines such as ichigo who provides aid rate, stark is definitly a hybrid vg /assaulter u need shitload of stones to make him viable n op.

for ichigo can't really say since i don't use him

btw what happen if mugetsu deal perfect hp to shin renji with hp 300-400k??? it will return all dmg to mugetsu back??

Right now I'm using H.Ichigo until I can get my SWP Kenpachi upgraded. He is doing pretty good as a PvE Van and he does a good job holding his own in PvP fights, so I would suggest H.Ichigo.

From a VIP0's POV

H.Ichigo would be pretty good in 1v1 & 5v5 fights in King of Hollows and can do a good DMG in the daily PvE events while Stark is a bit better in the PvP stuff thanks to his AOE DMG that can clean the Support line after the main

it also depends on the type of characters u use, if u already ve 2 guys who are AOE,like byakuya at earlier stages or ulquiora from swp or maybe csb byakuya at later stages, then u can go with ichigo but if u ve only main with 10th skill it wud be useful to ve starrk for AOE. It all depends on how u want to build ur game

Hollowed ichigo is good for f2p.
Starrk is just nuts when you are cashing like a mad guy to get the equip, stones and evo.
