Unfortunately yeah, otherwise it would just be too op in pve too.
But the combo rate does work, so its still awesome to use in the formation

isshin doesnt disarm, he cast void on enemy assaulters, dat means they cant attack or cast skill, but will only suffer from skill dmg and is 100%
disarm can still cast skill if have fury...
