eh not very often , I joined the game in april and from then up till this reio(or i think it was the last one) is when i notied a price difference, but it could have been going on from long before april I'm not sure

i think it's random... sometimes the same partner or Zampacto appear twice ...

I was thinking of getting hyroin in reio but if my calculations are right it would be better to snag him from that hero event for 2800 gold
