Hollow Soul Map - Swallow Chances question

Aloha all - UBP Prophet here with a question!

So it has been about 8-10 months since I last used any coupons in the Hollow Soul map to Swallow extra chances for more hollow souls (beyond the 10 free ones each day).  What I am trying to figure out is the ratio's of cost vs. potential reward.  For example the first two swallow chances (beyond the free one) is 10 coupons for 2 points (with a chance to double).  Then I believe the 3rd and 4th paid chances the cost increases but the points increases (along with still a chance for double).

So for example:
Chance #1: 10g for 2 points
Chance #2: 10g for 2 points
Chance #3: 20g for 4 points
Chance #4: 20g for 4 points
Chance #5: 30g for 6 points
etc...

Those are made up values, because I can't remember, I know the point values went up by 2 increments after every 2 paid swallows, but I can't remember the costs.  Way back when I was silly enough to spend coupons on these, I was like VIP1 or 2, and could only do it a few times, but now I'm higher VIP and I have like 20 chances or something, and I am just curious if anyone could shed any light onto the progressive costs for Swallow chances.
