      Recently several players claimed that their accounts were hacked and, after some deep-going investigations on these cases we found that the players who got into such a point lost their accounts because of account sharing. So, in order to prevent such tragedies from happening again and, to provide you with a more comfortable gaming environment, we sincerely suggest you to keep your information private. Also, we are sorry to tell the players, who got their accounts lost for such a reason, that we are unable to provide you with any compensation.

Some tips to prevent "hackers" from gaining access to any of your accounts
As Hossana mentioned, most common hack reports come from users who have shared their login details with someonebody else. This is a big mistake of course. I made some time to write a post that could help anyone protecting any of your online accounts against "hacking attempts".

Don’t share your password with anyone, even family members.
Some people believe that everyone has a good intention and will keep their login credentials safe from others. Wrong! There are many people who want to mess with you by abusing your accounts.
If you come across a situation where you really have to share your password with someone else, make sure you change your password right after the other person did what was necessary for you.
Create a strong password
I've seen it happen a lot that people use a really simple password just so 'they can remember it'. Do not under estimate the human brain, practise your hard password a few times and save yourself a lot of trouble.
There is also a tool which can help you generate a strong password: Password Meter
Save your password in a safe place
I personally use this tool and I must say, I love it! It's called KeePass. It's a place where you can store all your passwords into and protect it from unautorized viewers. Only you can access it! Read more about it on: KeePass.info
Change your password regularly, and avoid reusing old passwords
Even though you have a really strong password, that does not automatically mean you are safe for the rest of your life on the internet. Some websites/games etc. store your password unencrypted in their database which it is not something you can control nor find out without any hacking skills. Hackers are always attempting to get access to that database and hope to find usefull information which they can sell. Sometimes they publish all that database info on the internet in plain text, which makes all your information accessable to the World Wide Web. When you change your password every few months, it limits how long a stolen password is useful to a stealthy attacker, how long he/she has access to your account. If someone steals your password and you don't know about it, the attacker could eavesdrop for an unlimited time and obtain all sorts of information about you or do other damage.
When using a public computer, always sign out when your session is complete to prevent other people from accessing your account
Always click the “log out” button to terminate your access to your brokerage firm’s Web site. Access may not be terminated if you simply close or minimize your browser or type in a new web address when you’re done using your online account. Other users of the computer might be able to re-enter the site and have access to your account online if you do not properly log out. You also potentially expose yourself to “session stealing” if you have multiple Web pages open while logged on to your brokerage account. Avoid multi-tasking on multiple Web pages when checking your financial accounts online or, if you must visit another site, use a different type of browser rather than opening another window.
Maintain your computer security
Personal firewalls and security software packages (with anti-virus, anti-spam, and spyware detection features) are a must these days, especially those who engage in online financial transactions. Make sure that your computer has up-to-date security software, including security patches, that the software is configured for automatic updates, and that the software is always turned on. For laptops, be sure to use encryption software. Computer hardware and software providers also maintain security pages on their Web sites with tips for checking and improving the security of your system.
Check for Secure Web Sites
When you access your brokerage account online, check to ensure that the log in page indicates that it is a secure site. The address of a secure Web site connection starts with “https” instead of just “http” and has a key or closed padlock in the status bar (which typically appears in the lower right-hand corner of your screen). When you click on the padlock, the security certificate should confirm the identity of the site you are visiting.
Be careful downloading
When you download a program or file from an unknown source, you risk loading malicious software programs on your computer. Download software only from sites you know. Be wary of free software because it can be accompanied by other software such as spyware. Do not install software unless you know what it is and what it does and do not click on links in pop-up windows. Using anti-spyware software helps protect you from such programs.
Don’t respond to emails requesting personal information
Legitimate companies will not ask you to provide or verify sensitive information through email. So please ignore emails that look like they're sent from a trustworthy source, for example your financial institution. When you receive an email asking for your personal information and login credentials, call the company yourself.

Thks for the tips I basically do all the stuff mentionned also there is another tip when people use public devices, on the browser (chrome or mozilla) : Open a private window navigation thus all the information used by you will automatically be erased when you close the window

ni big deal but talking about mobile devices are important since nowadays everybody uses its smartphone for everything and nothing, even if for now i didn't see a mobile app for this game maybe it is the time to think about it

I don't think they will release an app for this soon. It will get many more players on board though... But we don't even know what the developers are currently working on, nvm an app

for sure an app is out of discussion for now specially with all the options and tasks you have to do on computer, but it could be a good idea for them to develop a light app taking into account only the main events (evil spirit, GW ryoka and protect seireitei) so at least when you're not at home you can have the max of participants, like today in the server we were 20 battling the evil spirit...

you'll never know till you share your account. There's some shady people in this community. I'm not saying sharing is always bad but i shared my account with my bestfriend and he deleted my gold char.

Click on to your Set up which is right side of your username > Profile > Contact information your Email ID try modifying it, that might resend your confirmation mail. Looks like you put email id as your Username, you can check it in Set up > Profile > Basic Information > Username. I think you can't change it without admin support or you have to create new account, there must be option for that you should ask at support mail.

I am not sure if I got hacked or not but today when I tried to play it showed that I was logged out and when I logged in I had to create a character all over again and I already had a 50lv char? This is very useful, thank you to who posted this. My friends have shared accounts with 'trustworthy' people before and had things happen to them. I guess you just have to be extremely cautious whist choosing a password, and make sure it's a strong one.

My password changed for whatever reason and for some reason I can't retreive it!
But I can still logg in but only with facebook! How can I find my password?

I also shared my account wih somebody but I don't want to share it anymore, but I have seen somebody active today in my account, could have been him or not! I just want to know what is the status of my account! Can he logg in with a changed password and me via facebook!?
That's sick... only one of us should be able to logg in!

Once you unlock forge after doing a quest that you must forge an item you gather materials by doing quests, material chests, instances and from bundles. You also need the silver and stones to create equipment.

i have something to say abouth the hacking thing

1.Never type your password and username on bleach online in game-chat.
2. Don't listen to anyone that in game chat or pm says: I can make you rich and ill buy you vip 10 or other vips and buy you a lot of stuff just give me your account name and password. that means<----------- that dude just wants to take your account or in worse case hack it so he can use it.
3.Never pm your password or your bleach online account username in-game to anyone.
4. Don't give youre credit card informations to anyone in-game.
To prevent your forum account to not be hacked don't give any informations of your forum account if you give it that means sombody will hack it. So be carefull coz you don't know maybe your closest friend in-game might hack your account if you give him your username and password so be aware!

yeah but the more i think about it the more tempding it is but i think ill just use the money and topup on my acct cause i really dont want to take the chance of geting scamed

true... u can use tht money n make ur own acc stronger...

but... since u r thinkin... i guess tht acc seems to be more stronger than ur acc even if u use the money on ur own acc...

but if tht seller is reliable... or trustworthy... then y not ? if tht amount of money gets u a better acc... u ll save time....
