They are both currently the same price. What would be a more viable option and why?
Any scenario where one outweighs the other?

true shikai has better stats and skill is optional.. but true shikai has the shittiest basic attacks of ALL partners in the game right now.

i personally would get demon ichi or none.. rather just get bankai rukia.

Demon does more then 5 on autos and has a really nice heal. TSI is op if he skills tho. TSI has better growth. TSI counters mugetsu.

Correct me if i wrong but thats means good for fighting Ultima Aizen ? I mean with chaos so many Noza Kenny destroyer himself.

all VGs are useless with bankai rukia around however both TSI and hollow ichigo will work wonders in hollow souls

No b.Rukia in my CSB realm so far. rank 1 has b.renji though.
And rank 2 has TSI-Ichi + mugetsu

ultima aizen will most likely go before your VG unless you have superior stones/setup that makes your senbon boost shikais speed before enemy boosts theirs. this is a game of strategy between top partners and how you use your resources, its hard to say whats better and whats not

True shikai rocks , his ulti move does way more damage than Mugetsu even .... He has awesome growth rates

and his basic attacks suck dick.. hense he is useless in hollow soul map since im pretty sure his basic hits cant crit

normal hits can crit seen some youtube videos where his normal slashes crit on them about every other turn

yes but true shikai is a different matter, they literally made his auto attacks count as 0 on everything just so it hits 5.. so i dont know if HE specificly can crit with normal attacks, which i highly doubt he can

yeh his attacks are garbage every now and then on some people ill see 13k or 80k a swin g but mostly 5

ive never seen him hit above 5 with a normal attack. show me.

ive personally run into someone in csb with someone using tsi and his swings deal more than 5 on my own VG which has lv 10 strngth stones etc.. with high block even after my blocks i still get dealt 30k+

His attack is bugged so no point in these things , all I know is he does massive damage with his ulti way more than Mugetsu and most partners .....

His attack is still bugged BUT if you have far better stones, hogu, hogyo etc. than the other player you will hit up to a 100k.

So lets say, for 30k on feast, what would you recommend getting? a full set of lvl 10 stones (19.2k) and remaining with lvl9 hogu box? or mix and match lvl 10 stones ect

It all depends on your formation and plans really. Are you getting a VG, what's your zanpakuto etc.

Currently have Zangetsu, but been waiting for senbon in joint task. So i would use senbon if i was to get the new VG.

Using c.orihime, shinso gin (timed soon to run out), main , isshin, s.rangiku

Would swap to using c.orihime, main , isshin, s.yoruichi, new VG.

I'm not sure actually.. The easiest is probably to give Isshin a bunch of speed stones and hogu so he can skill first and make your whole team T1, unless you really want to go VG based.
Another way to get a super VG is to get Inoue to skill first but that's pretty much impossible with Senbon.
Anyway I suggest you pm 595459354 he's more into the 1-3-1 type of playstyle

isshin is speed based, i can make him hit first, although im not close to making him T1 yet lol

oh well you are quite right bout that but why would anyone trouble him self by hacking into the battle report sources and doing some ridiculous work on it just to make starrk look cool xD that's just anime logic

Ive fought for some weeks vs a TS ichigo in Arena. Basically his normal dmg is absolute shiizzzz.. His Skill hitted my party for approx 400k - 500k crits. Basically wiping out my entire team (except for VG). Now the guy who had it, wasnt / isnt the best player, so I have no idea what TS ichigo wud be able to do when used by someone with more knowledge, all I know is that his basic attack is absolute laughable, especially when you'd compare it to its skill attack xD

Issue with ultima is the damn buff he drops on VG. Just block the fk out of the team before your VG decides he doesn't want to live anymore.
