Question about block cap

I believe the cap for block is 90%, if I'm not mistaken, but if the partner, particularly vanguard has a mod that adds additional block plus can surpass block cap, then I believe the limit can be surpassed.  

What I'd like to know is about stark.  If I have a stark with let's say 85% block, and he enters a battle, and then he skills.  From what I've seen in his skill he adds 15% block.  Since he has no block mod, my question is, would the block  become 90% because of the cap or would it be 100%?

Starks block caps out at 90% since he doesn't have a block mod like Hallow ichigo. Just because he has the skill that increases his block doesn't mean he gets the increase over 90%. In  short he doesn't go over 90%.

which is very low too, 6.05% at final evo.

in the end people will have 90% break defence only as long as the block is higher you will block most the time

Hmm so hol. ichigo would be better then at blocking.  Since his 3rd mod increases the block cap.  So the block and the aid should be pretty good for him.

yep although even though it does say break limit cap to get passed 90% there is actually like another cap set in place as to not break the game lol. So it gets capped around 120-130% and you wont get anymore than that. for some partners in my server they cant seem to get past 115% depends on the partner and the evo i suppose

Hmm it is not so hot trust me.. My h. ichigo has 102% block with mod and he hardly ever blocks anyone at the lvl I am fighting.. Most ppl over lvl 100 have atleast 90% break def on partners they rely on for dmg. So you are basically left with 12% chance to block an attack... Though I must say I didnt know that the buff through skill cant go over the cap, how do you even know it cant? You cant check the stats of a partner during the fight so there is no way how you can find out if it does or not..

Ok so if this is the case for stark, does it make sense to stack anymore block on him once he's past 80% block since his skill will not surpass that 90% cap? And if according to iz4n (sorry ur name's too long) lol his ichigo has 102% and still gets a full hit, I don't think that 6% from full evo (which I don't think ill do on him anyway) makes a difference. So should i start investing else where? Crit maybe?
