also... Hella improvements! Great one on that Minato one, really seems like you have your own adaptation to it, which always great for you artists huh

seriously, great improvements since the first drawing you posted, keep up the work ^^

eh only bad thing i can say really (more of a preference to be honest) is that you should add more colour to Minato's cloak, the pattern needs shading in, but don't put it as a tonal shade ^^

The style of Minato is intriguing and i kind of like, so nice one on that.

The Grimmjow is very good, though the head seems a bit distorted. Adding a bit more hair to the upper left area will negate it.
