So i wanted to know what is the best team
Nº 1 .. 1-2-2 team zanp- Muramasa with support - Shinso gin t1, SWP Aizen.. Assaulters- Main and isshin.. VG- Rengiku
Nº 2 .. 1-3-1 team zanp- Senbon with support Shingo gin or Aizen.. Assaullters - Main CSB Byakuya and isshin pure t1.. VG- Rengiku

i wanted to know of this 2 teams on you're opinion wich is better and why

Voted option one, seems alot more balanced to me. Although I'm not a fan of Rangiku as a vg from what I've read she still serves a purpose.

Sembon makes useless the supports, so you will have 4 partners in the team. At least with Muramasa all are usefull + if you can make Swp aizen 1st you already won the battle.

If i get the 1-2-2 team then i wont be needing Isshin i can use him for pve and replace him for pvp with CSB Byakuya SWP Ress Ulquiorra or yama smth like that
Because Aizen abillity will stop the assaulters already so isshin will be useless

but Isshin is also there for 100% combo rate, twice, which is nice, so you obtain your skill back once again

but if i'd pick one of your choices, i'd say Yama (If you can make him seriously godly) or CSB Byakuya due to his skill ofc

But with a end game team i think that with 4 guys AoE damage i kill everyone

You only need 1 good aoe, maybe 2 to finish off a team. The rest is just slapping down the VG in a few extra hits. Murumasa run a 1/1/3, show me an isshin faster than a CSB aizen with gear being equivalent, I'll show you a golden turd. isshin, great If he's faster than a lowbie team and he skills first and they're running 1/3/1, otherwise, support death, with shinso I'd take uliqora over Isshin any day of the week (regens fury and does more than a squirt of damage).
If your going 1/3/1 prolly wanna keep the shinso at t1 and preferably a pure T1 (a whole hell of a lot faster than isshin) CSB Byak would be the preferred choice as he will literally 1 shot teams easily and has quite a bit of speed modification.

assuming your using your T1 Shinso to T1 some/all of the others
set up your team where Aizen is about 12% slower than Shinso, once Muramasa goes off, it will give aizen that 12% boost in speed, where once shinso goes off, Aizen will 99.9% of the time will go right after Shinso, trust me, it helps and you won't be wasting speed that way.
truth be told, CSB Byaukua is very overrated, especially since you have both Shinso and SWP Aizen (also assuming your switching him to ultima ASAP) so your hardcore needs for AOE will go away.  If your dropping Isshin, I'd put in a very solid PVE partner or someone that can deal huge damage on a few for him (Shura Kenny, Tavern Kenny, Berzerk Renji, extra skill Tavern Byaukua, even Tenjiro) as you will need real damage going to enemy vanguard, and Aizen is just not going to get that job done on most any real vanguard.
My current team is:
Muramasa, SWP Kenpachi (soon to swap out for Shura in most situations once i get him), Isshin, Main, Shinso, Bankai Rukia
Natural T1 Shinso, T1s the rest of my team.
I am very support heavy (total BP is 2.05M, support BP is roughly 1.25M BP) so my answer may be biased,  but with your setup, I'd for sure focus on supports hard core, leave assaulters to deal with vanguards, and have your vanguard there to boost your supports (as your using Rangiku) and to soak up damage until your team can finish the kill.
also, i believe that people here are also suggesting against the whole 4x AOE partners because that will destroy your PVE game, and PVE gives better rewards than PVP unless your #1, and even then sometimes it does...  IMO, having 2x very solid PVP partners (shinso and Aizen in your case) will free up the rest of your team for PVE purposes, and lets face it, the less partners you need to keep up with, the better!!
